Return and Refund Policy

At Dynamic Book Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of books, our return and refund policy has specific conditions.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. Wrong Item Delivered

  • If we delivered the wrong book or edition, we will replace it at no cost to you.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Books

  • If your book arrives damaged or with missing/defective pages, we will replace it.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

3. Condition for Returns

All returned items must be in the exact same condition as when delivered.

  • Books must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging.
  • We will not accept books that have been written in, highlighted, or show signs of use.

No Refund Policy

Please note the following:

  • We do not offer cash refunds on books.
  • If you ordered the wrong book or changed your mind, we cannot accept returns.
  • Always verify your book list and edition requirements before ordering.

Exchange Policy

  • In cases of wrong delivery or damaged books, we offer replacement only (not refunds).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via phone, email, or live chat.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Send clear photos if claiming damage or defect.
  4. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Return Shipping

  • For our error (wrong item/damaged book), we cover return shipping costs.
  • For other approved returns, customer bears return shipping costs.
